Courses

Lessons are offered from hourly onwards, you decide. Intensive courses are also available from one week onwards in length. Our prices are very competitive. As we are a small business we can keep our fees low, you are not paying for office buildings.

Colwyn Bay and Bangor North Wales test centers are catered for. We offer a door to door service and can pick up from a location that is convenient to you i.e. work, collage or school and then end the lesson at home if required.

You can also purchase vouchers to treat a friend or relative to a driving lesson on there birthday, Christmas or any time in the year. For more information send us an e-mail.

Learner Courses

The full D.S.A required syllabus for the practical car driving test.

Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience the course will be designed to suit your needs. All learner courses offer free theory training if needed.

Our courses are structured so your skills, understanding and confidence will grow as you progress.

Nervous?....don't worry.... you will not be put straight onto busy roads with trafiic, you will learn and build your skills and confidence in quiet areas before applying them to more advanced situations.

Our fully qualified D.S.A. Approved Driving Instructors use dual controlled cars for added pupil assurance.

Theory Training

Usually integrated with the practical we offer

• Practice exam papers
• General guidance in passing the theory test
• Hazard Perception training and guidance

Pass Plus

A D.S.A designed course to make newly qualified drivers better drivers, this course can be taken up to a year after passing the car practical test. The course is split into 6 parts :-

• Town Driving
• All weather driving
• Out of town driving
• Night driving
• Dual carriage way driving
• Motorway Driving

As well as the benefit of becoming a more experienced and safer driver many insurance companies offer up to 30% off for successful completion of the pass plus course. There is no exam with the pass plus course.

If you decide to do the pass plus course with us having learnt to drive with Pole Position, we will offer you the course at a discounted rate.

Refresher Course

Designed for people who have already passed the practical car test and haven't driven in a while or lack confidence. It may be someone who has difficulty with a certain aspect such as reverse parking and would like that tuition. It could be a single lesson or a series of lessons.

Own car (including automatic cars)

We are able to give tuition to pupils in their own vehicles if required, we do not currently have a driving school automatic car but we can teach you in yours. ( please contact us for further information)
